What we keep, why, and for how long

Short version

We collect the minimum needed to ship your order and, if you opt in, to send you a few emails a year. We don't sell your data, run ads, or use tracking cookies. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

What we collect

Order details — name, email, shipping address, phone number, items ordered. Submitted by you at checkout, kept so we can fulfill the order and answer questions about it later.
Payment — handled entirely by Stripe. We see only a short reference to the charge (transaction id) and never your full card.
Newsletter — only your email address, only if you sign up. Unsubscribe link in every email.
Account — if you create one: email and a hashed password. Used to let you log back in and view past orders.
Server logs — IP address, user agent, and page accessed are recorded briefly for security and debugging. Rotated within ~30 days.

Who we share with

Only the parties needed to actually run the shop:

Stripe — payment processing.
Gelato — for international print fulfillment. Receives the shipping address and the items being printed.
Resend — sends order confirmations and newsletter emails on our behalf.
Cloudflare — DNS, caching, and DDoS protection in front of the site.

We do not sell or rent your information to anyone, ever.

Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you logged in and a small local-storage entry to remember your cart between visits. No analytics, no advertising trackers.

Your rights

You can ask to see what we have on you, correct it, or delete it. Email [email protected] and we'll respond within a reasonable timeframe (usually a few days).

Retention

Order records are kept as long as needed for accounting and customer-support reasons (typically a few years). Newsletter emails are kept until you unsubscribe. Account data is deleted within 30 days of your request.

Children

The site is not aimed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone younger than that.
