Who we are

This site is operated by Aida Saliba, an independent artist working from a small studio in Lebanon. By placing an order or signing up for the newsletter you accept these terms. If you don't, don't use the site.

Orders & payment

Prices are listed in USD and charged through Stripe. Stripe handles payment processing — we never see your card details. Placing items in the cart does not reserve them; the order is confirmed only when payment goes through. We reserve the right to cancel an order if something is clearly mispriced or out of stock, in which case you'll be refunded in full.

Prints & production

Prints are made on demand. Most international orders are produced and shipped through our print partner, Gelato; orders shipping inside Lebanon are produced and dispatched directly from the studio. Production typically takes 2–5 business days, plus shipping.

The product previews on the site are visual approximations — frame textures, paper tones, and crops shown on screen are illustrative. Each piece is double-checked by the studio before it ships, and we won't dispatch a print we wouldn't be happy to hang ourselves.

Shipping

Shipping cost is shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates given to us by carriers and are not guaranteed. You're responsible for any local customs duties or import taxes that apply at the destination — these are not included in the price.

Returns & refunds

Because every print is made for you, we don't accept returns for change-of-mind. If a piece arrives damaged or with a clear production defect, email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a replacement or refund — your call.

Copyright

All artwork and images on this site belong to Aida Saliba. Buying a print gets you a physical copy for personal display — it does not transfer copyright, reproduction, or resale rights.

Liability

The site is provided as-is. We try to keep it accurate but make no warranty that it's error-free or always available. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Changes

These terms may be updated occasionally. The "last updated" date at the top will reflect the latest version. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
